- A 20 year old Charlotte (NC) bred and Philly born kid making his dreams, and anyone willing to dream with him, come true. This kid has always been goal-oriented and motivated to achieve success, yet his life changing decision emerged when he discoverd the power of networking and took on the request from two developing artists to become their manager. The artists he currently manages are Deonte a great talented songwriter and rnb/pop singer who also has a gift for rapping and a philly based rapper who is QuestLove's cousin from the roots YoungGliss He works hard each day as a college student and manager striving to get his artists the one deal that will be a breakout into the music industry. His self owned company Breakoutyear management is really coming up in the music industry Byron has met and work under some of the greatest artist managers around he learned everything he needed to know about the music industry and works hard at its craft. He will stop at nothing until himself and everyone around him is successful great things are already set up for him and his artist future's sit back and enjoy the ride to the top.
